A grand and powerful tradition precedes the artwork of Cesar Paris Yarleque, a tradition Yarleque embraces. To the new viewer or collector, the colors are striking, the flow enticing and the passion electrifying. But the underlying mastery of form and colliding disciplines enchants the seasoned artrepenuer from the first peek to the last canvas. The artwork of Cesar Paris Yarleque travels many roads but few are worn; Yarleque's art frames the vision of this young master in common tools arranged uncommonly

Working with the heritage of Ecuadorian and Latin American hope, Yarleque moves through the colors of his mind and rearranges structure and form to conform to his vision and imagination. The body of a bullfighter emerges alongside his bull, pulled together by a swooping line curling through the field. The guitar and its master become one on the easel of Yarleque, necks together, strings to fingers. The abstract ideas of love, the mind and peace take the shape he gives them, communicating in vibrant and living ways, the paint alive with flashing color. (John Yimin www.outsiderart.info)
